Wanted: E36 headlight Wash parts

Post by Stratts » 08 Jun 2014, 19:42

Hi all, if anyone has any of the parts related to headlight washer system on an E36 can you let me know. It's my next OEM project but need a few additional parts (I have the washer bottle) especially wiring bits to the additional pump.

In fact if anyone has any pictures of any parts of the wiring set up it would be appreciated. I know all the bits I need, the electrical bits are a bit of a mystery.

Needed:
Nose panel with holes for nozzles (any colour is fine, I need a new one anyway, must be facelift)
Tubing and nozzles
Pump
Module
Connecting plug for the pump

There's a few on eBay but as usual always like to keep things in the forum.

I'll have a look tomorrow - do you have pics of them? I'm not familiar with e36 bits so might not know a part if I see it!!

Cheers For pointing the ad out, but it's a bit far for me. I've found one in a London for the same price.

Neal: see pic in Ngy's post. The nose panel has cut outs for the washer jets, the jets themselves are extending units and it needs an additional pump on the washer bottle and load of pipe work. It's quite a rare option. The big thing is the module and wiring, I need to find a scrap unit with the pump and wires in place so I can do it properly.

I'll be popping to my local breakers at some point this week hopefully.. They've usually got a decent stock of 36's there so if they do, I'll see what I can get for you :)

OK - indeed the parts I have don't have the washers.
