For those interested i have put the web link below, This is a big weekend show over two days with lots of events to join in with, for example on the second day the cars attending the breakfast run, parade in a huge paddock and are sent off in convoy, your car is described over the tanoy as you leave the paddock, {any notes you want mentioning have a word with the announcer}, convoy starts around the Stoneliegh grounds with lots of enthusiasts taking pics, vids, and giving you the thumbs up if they like your car {& i'm sure they will} on leaving the grounds you will take a leisurely drive in convoy through the Warwickshire country side, and back to stoneliegh for dinner time were you'll be welcomed back,
It's a very family oriented weekend event catering for wifes/partners, children & pets, theres something for everyone,
Please hit the link below and put in your Bookmarks/favourites as it will get updated with events and shows that happen on Saturday/Sunday

I had a look at the website and I'm not 100% sure of how it works lol!!!

1. Do we have a club stand?
2. How much do we pay if so?

I've never been to this show and before I commit I'd like to have an idea of the set up if anyone knows?

Last year it was £5 per car, weather there was 1 in the car or 4 in the car

Re: Coventry Chat - Good news....

Post by M60NJP » 04 Feb 2014, 08:49

Have just spoken to the organisers who are very helpful and accommodating - good news all round!

1. Sunday only attendance is absolutely fine - it is the main day. Details, forms etc are on their way to me shortly
2. Exhibitor admission is....................FREE! (The?re is a charge if anyone wants to go on the road processions though - entirely members' choice but Iexpect most of us will be travelling, setting up the stand etc)

(There is a camp site there for those who like that sort of thing apparently.).

This could be another cracking event so please get your names down!
