Bimmerfest Venlo 2016 - Accommodation

Post by RayB » 14 Jan 2016, 07:06

We have looked at various alternatives but due to cost and location we'll be heading back to where we stayed last year.

There is a discount on bookings at the moment with the option to pay later. We'll stay in The Castle Chalets again which were fine for a one or two night stay. They sleep up to 6 with one double and two small twin rooms

2 people for 2 nights works out at £100 at the moment but this may go up the later you leave it

For my sanity we are all booking our own chalets this year..........WHEN YOU HAVE BOOKED PLEASE SEND ME YOUR RESERVATION NUMBER. Sannie (Sannie330d) has spoken to the park on our behalf and we will all be located together.

Remember you can book now and pay later.

If you would prefer to stay elsewhere we'll see you at the show

Booking online does work because I done it this morning and received my reservation number straight away.

The reason it was decided to do it this way was to negate the need for E-Mails. Good luck, they usually respond within a week.....then you'll have to reply and so the process continues back and forth.

The Knights chalets look like they may be better.

The chalets are basic but they do have pretty much everything you need and we are trying to keep the costs down so that people can afford to come along. I've been for two years now and not had a problem with the cleanliness of the chalets
