It is an excellent example and with very little mileage
But
It's had 4 owners and it's only had 4 services in 19 years ?
I think your right on the price probably 10k to much but with that said its the sort of car a collector would buy someone who has no intention of using it but just sticks it in a heated garage to sell when the markets better :(
Life's to short to be driving boring cars
It's all about the old school

Hard to know what a car like this is worth - someone might want an as-new one for collection etc? Does seem a lot though........

I thought the same - the same seems to be the case for Z3s as well.

The E36 M3's have gone up a lot in value over the last 12 months and the E46 M3's seem to be on the increase as well. The problem is finding an unmolested one which is what most people want. I was very lucky with mine.

Hopefully the Z3Ms do keep going up. I'm in 2 minds on whether to keep mine or let it go. I often think it would make a great 1st car for my son. He's only 2 now so when he's able to get his license he'll be cruising to school in a classic sports car. That'd be the life!
