Post by unofon » 29 Apr 2015, 15:17

I have just bought a BMW 2007 320 E90 man date 07/2007 with I drive
There is a Bluetooth unit in the boot High Bass speech not High basis voice command works with the navigation etc but no phone showing up on the I Drive

I took it to a local BMW but the said the could not find the module on their software
I have now purchased a newer high basis unit and awaiting software and the plug to code the unit

What is the procedure and code required to get this to work?
it has
6Fl and 620 listed in the vin info
Any help greatly appreciated

I've no idea if the codes are publically available, but if you can find the code you'd need full INPA software to install it - plus the module is specific to the car so if it's a used one you've got, it will need your VIN inputting. One for a BMW independent garage I reckon!
